This morning, our toilet leaked, so I called Drain & Plumbing services and within an hour, we had a plumber at our place. Very friendly and pleasant. He quickly removed the toilet, fixed the issue, reinstalled everything, and cleaned up after himself. Exceptional service and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed.
