This morning, our toilet leaked, so I called Drain & Plumbing services and within an hour, we had a plumber at our place. Very friendly and pleasant. He quickly removed the toilet, fixed the issue, reinstalled everything, and cleaned up after himself. Exceptional service and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

They showed up when promised. Boris did a great job, even running out to get replacement parts. He completed the job and cleaned everything up when finished. A great job at a reasonable price

And again I want to note the excellent work of the company. I was called in to work on many not-very-big fixes from the previous house owners. Jerry came and did everything in half a day, although I expected it to take a day. Although I needed help understanding one point, Jerry returned the next day and showed me everything for free. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend it to everyone.

I would like to commend, Boris, my service plumber technician. He went above and beyond with my emergency on a Sunday morning. I got my mainline sewer backed up water into the bathroom. The weather was so bad because it was raining so hard but he still did what needed to be done despite under strong rains. I wish all plumbers will be like Boris because He cared for the customer like me and did the job the right way and no short cuts. The emergency cost and cost of services was all worth it. I highly recommend DPS plumbing especially Boris if you need plumbing services.

Water heater went out on Saturday, causing a dangerous carbon monoxide leak in the basement. I contacted the office Saturday afternoon and was given an immediate appointment for Monday morning. Yaroslav showed up promptly and had the old water heater out and the new water heater installed within a few hours. He even fixed another small plumbing issue that he noticed free of charge, which was much appreciated! Very satisfied all around.

They were able to come out the next day and provide a reasonable quote for installing a sink, toilet, new laundry tub and also a new exterior hose spigot. I needed to have my sewer rodded out every year. Last year I contacted Drain and Plumbing Services. They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, was very professional and very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him implicitly. I would definitely recommend this company to come out and help with any plumbing problems. They are all very accommodating, especially Anna and Yuri, who I talked with, and they do an excellent job! They are my "go to" plumbing company for any plumbing needs. It is wonderful to be able to have such confidence in a service company, a rarity in today's world.

I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Services. They had sent Uri to fix by sewer backup. He was at my house within an hour. He was able to clear out root in my drain in less than an hour. Other plumbers have told me I have broken pipes and need an expense cleanout install that would cost over $5K. Uri's honesty and knowledge showed me that it wasn't needed. All other plumbers have tried to make more money off me, but this company honest. This company will always be my first choice for plumbing from now on!

Drain & Plumbing Services repaired my exterior spigot that was leaking water into my basement. They also replaced my sump pump that had gone bad including a battery backup sump pump accessory for which I requested. Everything was done professionally. The plumber, Sergi, made sure that everything was cleaned up and gave me tips on how to keep the installed equipment working smoothly.

I am typically wary of plumbers thinking they’ll take advantage and overprice things. This is the first plumbing company I’ve worked with that felt trustworthy to me. They did excellent work, had a sense of urgency to correct my problem and I felt very comfortable with the pricing. Feels good to now have a go-to plumber for the future.

Great service and communication overall. I’m a landlord for a couple units in Wheeling. These guys were fast to turn the job around and honest. I had another plumber quote me to replace an entire shower faucet when all it needed was a new cartridge. Saved me $600. We live in a town not shy on plumbers. Finding a plumber is not problematic. Finding a great plumber who is also honest is challenging. I found Drain & Plumbing Services and could not have been happier with this find! These guys are quick, efficient, and very honest. Will use again.
